All computer users have come across problems with their systems, whether they be major issues or just ones that annoy the heck out of you. It's safe to say that at one stage you've been frustrated at your computer, as it carelessly loses your Microsoft Word document, disconnects from the Internet while downloading a program, or crashes during a game.

While the three afforementioned examples are all bad news, the good news is that these problems have causes, and in most cases the causes can be fixed!

We've spent quite a lot of time diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems, and many hours researching the causes and best ways to prevent the problems reoccuring.

Unlike our competitors, we stand above the crowd due to our honesty and principles:

  • If we can't fix it, we'll offer a discounted 'attempt to fix' rate and give it our best,
  • If a replacement or alternative method is available for the same or less than what it would cost to fix your system, we'll suggest that to you once it becomes apparent to us,
  • Every effort is taken to ensure your data remains safe, and if we need to format your drive we'll ask for your permission,
  • Any sensitive data stays sensitive.
If your system is crashing while you're playing games, you've got a bug infestation, or you simply find that the system isn't the way it used to be, get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you.
